So
often our thoughts and feelings cause us so much stress and
continuously stop us from living the life we really want.
From the time we were born we’ve been constantly bombarded
with someone else’s ideas about the world. Our parents, our
teachers, our friends, our peers, etc. have always told us
what's "good" and what's "bad", what's
"real" and what's "not".
Since we’ve
never known any different, we have believed everything we've
been told and have in turn made all these beliefs our own, regardless of how happy or miserable they make us feel about
ourselves. We have shaped our lives and our identity based on
someone else's view of life.

Despite
our differences, we all have much more in common than
what we usually realise. We all dream of peace,
compassion, kindness, love, connection, belonging, freedom and
harmony. We all want these in our lives! We want to feel good
about ourselves.
The truth is we all hold within us the keys to experiencing
the life we've always dreamt of. The only thing in our way are the
fantasies that keep repeating themselves in our minds.
In order to
bridge that gap, between who we’ve always thought we are, and
who we truly are and can be. We must be willing to face these
lies that we’ve believed for so long and that we’ve grown so
attached to.
My purpose is to assist you in finding the love and
the courage that rests untapped inside of you, so by observing and
taking responsibility for your own thoughts, feelings and actions
you can take the reins of your life and live what is true for you
today.
