You agree that you are seeking my services for personal counselling and not undertaking research for private use or for publication. You agree that I hold no responsibility for direct or consequential loss due to internet service failure or computer malfunction. You agree that any advice offered has no medical background as I am not a physician and have no training in this area. You agree that no warranty or guarantee can be offered through these services as to the effectiveness of counselling in all cases. We collect your first name (or alias) and email address. Other details such as information about your counselling sessions are recorded, and stored securely. This information helps me to keep up-to-date details about your needs, so I can offer you the best level of understanding and support possible. We guarantee you 100% confidentiality. No information disclosed to me during counselling will ever be disclosed to any other person. If during your first live/real-time counselling session or email counselling session, I assess that online support is inappropriate or inadequate for the issues you are dealing with (e.g. you are at risk of immediate harm) I will immediately cease the counselling relationship and make a recommendation that you seek alternative support. In this event, you will be offered a 100% refund of your money. |
